GIS for Public Health
Palak Matta
Palak graduated with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University. She has a high level of motivation to work here and understands the complexity of GIS, in which she can help you in through workshops and consultations. She provides GIS-related technical guidance and assistance to project teams. She prepares GIS project plans and schedules to include coordinating resources, tasks, and work assignments.

In her spare time, she loves to cook/eat delicious food, read books and watch movies.
Kayla Hines
Kayla is a currently a senior at Clemson University. She is majoring in health science with a concentration in preprofessional health studies. This is her first time working with GIS software (ArcMap, ArcGIS online, etc.) but she was able to learn how to use these programs to successfully finish her project. After completeing this class she is now interested in learning how data is collected around the world and how this data can help solve many health related issues.
